5. General

5.2 Installation and Service Support:For free installation or any service requests, customers are required to contact our customer support. Attempting to repair Ikin devices without prior authorization or professional guidance from our support team may void the warranty.

5.3 Warranty Voidance: The warranty is subject to voidance if:

  • • The customer attempts to repair the lock without authorization from our support team.
